Projects

America Recycles Day
The goal of America Recycles Day (ARD) is to encourage Americans to recycle and to buy recycled products. Since its inception in 1997, the ARD campaign has grown substantially. Last year, residents in every state of the nation participated in America Recycles Day and pledged to recycle. Click here to pledge to recycle and enter to win great prizes!

Curb Appeal
The Curb Appeal team works to help businesses beautify the outside of their buildings by planting trees, bushes, shrubs or plants. Clean and Green provides the materials and labor, the business provides labor and agrees to maintain the plants. Contact us if you are interested in the Curb Appeal program.

Earth Day Birthday
Sponsored by Clean and Green, York County Solid Waste and Recycling and the Culture and Heritage Museums: A community recycling and environmental fair for young and old. Includes games, crafts, hands-on exhibits, animals, music, food and more. Held at the Museum of York County (last Saturday in April).
